The fee for the vendor booth space is $250, which includes breakfast, a 6 ft. table, and admission to any of our educational speaker sessions.  

Help us make this a memorable event by donating a door prize, sponsoring a meal, break session, or speaker.

 

The SoCal SPA would greatly appreciate any denomination of sponsorship, however vendors that are able to contribute at the sponsor level or more will receive their vendor booth space at No Charge. As well as, receive recognition throughout the conference.

The SoCal SPA truly appreciates all of their vendors, without their continued support the SoCal SPA would not be able to thrive and provide their members with continuous education. Thank you in advance for all that you have done and continue to do.

All fees must be received prior to space assignment or contract approval. No verbal agreement(s) will be recognized.  Only conditions printed or written on this contract will be accepted as binding by SoCal SPA.  I / We agree to abide by all requirements, restrictions and obligations mentioned.

 

Exhibitor’s Regulations

 

1. Purpose of Exhibit

The purpose of the exhibits is to enhance the educational meetings by permitting program registrants an opportunity to see, hear, examine, question and evaluate the latest advances in medical device technology and services available to health care institutions.  Both parties can benefit greatly from the dialogue in verbal communication.

 

2. Eligibility

SoCal SPA reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any exhibit, either before or after the proper execution of this Contract

 

3. General

SoCal SPA shall have full power in the interpretation and enforcement of rules and regulations governing exhibits.  All matters and questions not covered by the regulations shall be subject to the final judgment and decision of SoCal SPA.  Regulations may be amended at any time by SoCal SPA upon written notice to such exhibitors as may be affected by them.

 

4. Reserving Exhibit Space

Complete and return the Application & Contract for Exhibit Space to SoCal SPA at the address on the front of the Contract.  All Contracts will be dated upon receipt.  This Contract is the only method by which space can be reserved.

 

5. Assignment of Space

Space assignments will be based upon proximity of competitive firms and date of receipt, within reason.

6. Payment

Exhibitors will not be allowed to occupy assigned space until all monies due are paid in full to SoCal SPA.

 

7. Refund for Cancellation

Notification must be in writing for cancellation of exhibit space.  SoCal SPA will retain 50% (percent) of Contract if written cancellation is received at least two weeks prior to event date; SoCal SPA will retain 100% (percent) if cancellation notice is received less than two weeks prior to event date.

Should SSPA be able to sell the space to another exhibitor, then a refund of the amount paid to the canceling exhibitor after the event.

 

8. Pricing

Pricing for this conference is outlined on the front of this Contract.

 

9. Registration Badge

All exhibitors must register their personnel in advance on the front of this Contract.  Any additions or changes may be made at the registration booth at the event.

 

10. Selling Restrictions

SoCal SPA is not liable for any sales of products offered during the event.

 

11. Security of Space

The exhibitor is responsible for all items brought to the event.  The room will be closed at an announced time.  Entrance needed after that time will require a SoCal SPA representative and hotel security to open the area.
